Description
Reticulated seborrheic keratosis, light micrograph. Reticulated seborrheic keratosis (adenoid seborrheic keratosis) is the most common noncancerous skin growth in older adults. It appears as anastomosing strands of basaloid cells arising from the epidermis, usually accompanied by round intralesional cysts of loose keratin (pseudohorn cysts).
