Description
Great egret (Ardea alba). This large wading bird uses it long beak to spear fish at Iguazu falls, Argentina. Iguazu Falls, named after the Guarani word for 'great water', are four times the width of Niagara Falls and are divided by islands into 274 separate waterfalls. The Iguazu Falls extend across the Argentinian-Brazilian border, with two thirds being within Argentine territory.
