Description
The image shows Yellow-billed storks (Mycteria ibis) feeding together in a shallow pond, which is drying up at the onset of the dry season, at Mana Pools in Zimbabwe. These wading birds often forage socially and use the tactic of herding their prey species into shallow water. They are alternatively called the wood stork or wood ibis.
