Description
Medieval Rotating Torture Chair. This torture device was use by the Spanish Inquisition to extract confessions and is a variation on the spiked torture chair. When rotated the rear crank handle turned the contra-rotating spiked wheels at the front. The victim would be locked to the seat with his or her hands tied above with chains. When rotated the spiked wheels would dig into the victims flesh causing deep lacerations.
