Description
Magellan radar image of the Lada region of Venus. The bright object is a lava pool. The source caldera for the lava flows, named Ammavaru, lies approximately 300 kilometres west of the scene. Rough areas appear bright, flat ones dark. The area shown is approximately 550 kilometres east-west by 630 kilometres north-south.
