Description

Guanlong dinosaur, illustration. This tyrannosauroid dinosaur lived around 160 million years ago, during the Late Jurassic. It reached a length of around 3 metres. It was a bipedal predatory carnivore. The head crest may have been for display purposes, and some theories say that it had feathers (shown here). Its fossils have been found in China.
