Description
Feather duster worm (Sabella fusca). These polychaete worms live in tubes constructed from sand, held together with a glue secreted by their bodies. Their feathery plumes emerge from the tubes to filter the water for nutrients. Photographed in the Lembeh Strait, Sulawesi, Indonesia.
