Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Earth's climate bands. 16th-century illustration and Latin text describing the variation in the Earth's climate with latitude. The diagram shows the tropics and the polar zones, with standard climate zones ('dia') named for various cities and locations: Diameroes (Meroe, Sudan); Diasyenes (Syene; Aswan, Egypt); Dialexandrios (Alexandria, Egypt); Diarhodos (Rhodes, Greece); Diaromes (Rome, Italy); Diaboristenes (Scythian river Borysthenes); and Diaripheos (Riphean Mountains). Page from a Venetian 1515 Latin edition of 'De magnis coniunctionibus annorum reuolutionibus' by Islamic astronomer Albumasar (787-886).
