Macro photograph of the Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sp.) reproductive organs in UV (ultraviolet) light. Pollen grains are being discharged from the male anthers. Each anther is attached to the staminal column by a pink filament. At the top of the column are the reddish pink stigmas, the female reproductive organs. Magnification: x80, when printed 10 centimetres wide.
