Artist's Description

Watts towers, Los Angeles, California, USA. These towers, also known as the Towers of Simon Rodia, were built between the years of 1921 and 1954 by the Italian immigrant construction worker Sabato Rodia. The two tallest towers are over 30 metres high. The structure was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1990.
