Fruit and juice assortment. View of a wide variety of fruits and glasses of home-made fruit juice. The fruits seen here include apples, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, grapes, a halved lemon, melons, oranges, kiwi fruits, cherries and apricots. Fresh fruits are a very important dietary source of vitamins (especially A and C) and minerals, including potassium, magnesium and calcium. Juices are a good way of mixing the flavours of many fruits, and can usually be kept longer than the fresh fruits themselves. The juices seen here are, from left to right: apple, lemon, orange, cherry, peach and raspberry.
