Description
Upheaval Dome, satellite image. Upheaval Dome (circular, centre left) is thought to be the deeply eroded remnants of a meteor impact crater, in Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA. It measures approximately 5 kilometres in diameter, and is thought to have been formed less than 150 million years ago, possibly at little as 65 million years ago.
