Description
A pile of granules of tin. Tin is a post-transition main group metallic element with symbol Sn and atomic number 50. It is tiny in appearance and is malleable. It forms god alloys, with copper to make bronze and with copper, antimony and lead to make pewter. Because of its low toxicity, it can be used as a plating metal for steel cans used in food preservation.
