Mural opposing hazardous waste project. Mural on a building near a hazardous waste plant (partially seen in background), expressing opposition to the facility. This site is operated by US Ecology, a company with its sites located in poor, mostly African-American and immigrant areas of Detroit, Michigan, USA. The company handles a wide variety of toxic materials and discharges much of it into the Detroit sewer system. Photographed in October 2018.
