Description
Instant coffee dissolving in water. Instant coffee is a dried aqueous solution of roasted coffee. The drying process produces hollow particles of low density by either spray-drying or freeze-drying. The dry powder is added to water to rehydrate it and produce coffee. Coffee, from the beans of the Coffea sp. plant, contains the stimulant drug caffeine.
