MODEL RELEASED. Dexterous telemanipulation robot. Researcher operating a dextrous telemanipulation robot arm using a force-feedback CyberGlove. The robot arm is placing a box on the top of a stack of boxes. This system could be used to explore hazardous or inaccessible locations, such as extraterrestrial planets or the ocean floor. It was developed in the Mark Cutkosky Laboratory of Stanford University, USA. Photographed in 2000.
