Egrets nesting on the platforms of 'Bird City' at Jungle Gardens, Avery Island, Louisiana, USA. Jungle Gardens is a 250-acre expanse that contains egrets, deer, and alligators as well as a wide variety of subtropical flora. Thousands of egrets and herons nest here in the spring. Photographed in April.
