Double amputee swimmer underwater in a swimming pool. The swimmer is a US marine wounded in combat. He is taking part in trials as part of the Wounded Warrior Regiment's Warrior Athlete Reconditioning Program. The participants compete to enter the Wounded Warrior Games, an annual sporting competition for service personnel who have sustained injury in the course of their duties.
