Description
MODEL RELEASED. Dislocated shoulder. Man wearing a brace and sling to immobilize and support his dislocated shoulder. A shoulder dislocation occurs when the head of the humerus bone in the upper arm pops out of its ball-and-socket joint in the scapula (shoulder blade). This type of dislocation can happen during a fall, from a heavy blow to the shoulder, or twisting to the arm. It is a common sport's injury.
