Description
Common water crowfoot (Ranunculus aquatilis) in a small, slow flowing river in the South of France. It's flowers, which appear from May to June, are about 3 centimetres across. It has round leaves that float on the surface and feathery leaves underwater. There are several varieties of crowfoot.
