MODEL RELEASED. Cell microscopy. Researcher using a light microscope to examine cells whose nuclei have been highlighted using a DAPI stain. This staining technique attaches fluorescent markers to the DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) in the nuclei of the cells. Photographed at an INEX facility. INEX is a British microsystems and nanotechnology company that was founded in 2002. One of its research areas is bio-hybrid systems involving cell cultures.
