Arthritis aid. Swollen hands of an arthritis sufferer using a manual aid to open a jar of honey. Arthritis is a joint inflammation characterised by pain, swelling and stiffness. Here, the patient cannot open a tightly closed jar due to the condition and an opener is employed instead.
