Coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM) of a section from a sarcoma.This image is from an alveolar soft part sarcoma, or ASPS, a cancer that can come from different types of soft tissue, such as muscle, fat, or nerves. It may also be called alveolar soft tissue sarcoma, alveolar sarcoma of soft parts, or ASP sarcoma. Here a single blue sarcoma cell is shown. Magnification: x4000 when printed 10cm wide.
