Artist's Description
Black hole. Conceptual computer artwork of numbers surrounding a black hole. This could represent the mathematical calculations and physics involved in black hole theory. A black hole is the ultimate fate of sufficiently-massive stars. The core of such stars collapse at the end of their lives. The immense gravity well prevents even light escaping. The numbers could also represent a black hole as a project that devours money for no return, leading to massive debt. Alternatively, the shape of the numbers could represent electron clouds orbiting an atom's nucleus. The blue area could also be the iris of an eye, and the numbers could be biometric data from iris scanning to identify people.
