Description
Coloured Computed Tomography (CT) scan of an axial section through the head of a young African patient, showing parenchymal brain haemorrhage (bleeding, pink) due to a break in an aneurysm. An aneurysm is a swelling (ballooning) of an artery, and this patient had multiple aneurysms in the intra-cerebral arteries of the brain, suggesting Lupus.
