Workers at Sorce Freshwater process and package silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) caught in the Illinois River. This machine separates the skin and bones (red tub) and the edible, minced carp. Silver carp is one of several invasive Asian carp species that have colonized the Mississippi River basin.
