Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

But even though the endothelial cells that line the capillaries are essential components of this barrier, the astrocytes surrounding the blood capillaries in the brain (pink) are also part of the hematoencephalic barrier. The blood-brain barrier stops harmful chemicals and bacteria from reaching the brain. Special drugs treating Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and tumours may pass the brain-barrier. A new method involves the use of harmless viruses passing the barrier delivering treatment throughout the brain.
