16th Century naval battle. Historical illustration of a battle between the French ship La Cordeliere and the British ship The Regent on 25th April 1513. The battle ended with the sinking of the two ships and the death of the British admiral Edward Howard. Image from the cover of a schoolbook published in France, circa 1900.
