MODEL RELEASED. Spinal surgery. This operation is a revision of previous surgery on the patient's spine along with a spinal fusion operation. The new operation was an anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) procedure, where the intervertebral disk between two lumbar vertebrae is removed and the vertebrae fused together.
