International Space Station ant research. NASA astronaut Mike Hopkins, Expedition 38 flight engineer, using a video camera to photograph the Ant Forage Habitat Facility in the Harmony node of the International Space Station (ISS). This facility is used to study ant behaviour and colonisation in microgravity. Photographed on 12th January 2014.
