Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Paper coating. Technician monitoring part of the paper coating process. The coating applied to the paper could be a colour coating, adhesive coating or a release coating. Paper is made from vegetable fibre, mainly from wood pulp. Soft woods such as spruce and fir, as well as poplar, are debarked, ground and pressed into sheets. The pulp is then chemically treated to improve resistance to tearing, bleached, and passed through heavy rollers to give a smooth finish. The paper may be coated with clay or other mineral pigments if a better surface is required.
