Brain blood vessels, fluorescence deconvolution micrograph. Fluorescent dyes have been used to highlight tissues and cellular structures and proteins: blood vessels (bright green), connective tissue (dark green), cell nuclei (blue). These small blood vessels are capillaries, and this tissue sample is from the region of the brain called the olfactory bulb.
