Unsafe handling of raw and cooked meats. Raw meat (such as the beef at bottom) should not be allowed to touch cooked meats (such as the chicken at top). Raw meat may harbour bacteria that could multiply on cooked meat, and cause food poisoning when eaten. Cooking kills most food bacteria.
