Spinal fusion implant and bone graft paste. This implant will be placed in the spinal column as part of the process of fusing vertebrae together. The bone graft paste helps the bones fuse together. This operation is an anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) procedure, where the intervertebral disk between two lumbar vertebrae is removed and the vertebrae fused together.
