South Georgia shags (Phalacrocorax georgianus). This is a mated pair. Like all members of the cormorant family (Phalacrocoracidae), they feed on fish and other sea life. The South Georgia shag is also known as the blue-eyed or imperial shag. Photographed on Signy Island, South Georgia.
