Rechem's toxic waste incinerator near Pontypool, South Wales. The plant incinerates and recycles different types of toxic waste, including the highly-toxic PCB's (polychlorinated biphenyls). The controversial shipments of Canadian PCB's turned away from Liverpool docks in 1989, were destined for this plant.
