Description
Pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita sp.). These seeds or kernels are dried and then eaten. They are high in both iron and zinc. They contain cucurbitacins which help to maintain a healthy prostrate and phytosterols which help to lower cholestrol. ?The seeds are also made into a pulp and taken to remove intestinal parasites.
