MODEL RELEASED. Consultation for shoulder pain. Man describes his symptoms of shoulder pain to his GP doctor. Shoulder pain has many causes including inflammation of a joint (arthritis) or a tendon (tendinitis). In severe cases the disorder may develop into a frozen shoulder, greatly limiting joint movement. Other causes of shoulder pain include dislocations and fractures.
