Epcot Center, Orlando, Florida, USA, as seen by the Ikonos satellite. Epcot Center is a theme park owned by Walt Disney World. It features attractions such as Future World, Mission Space, international pavilions and many more. Epcot Center also features a monorail transport system, seen here at the top centre of image. Ikonos was launched in 1999 and was the first commercial satellite to collect data at one-metre resolution. It orbits at an altitude of 681 km. Image taken 21 March 2000.
