Deer Valley, USA. Satellite image of Deer Valley ski resort, located 55 kilometres east of Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. This resort comprises four mountains that offer a wide variety of terrain; Bald Eagle Mountain (2560 metres, centre), Flagstaff Mountain (2773 metres, top right), Bald Mountain (2865 metres, top left) and Empire Canyon (2916 metres, base at lower right). Image taken on 7 January 2002 by Space Imaging's Ikonos satellite.
