Description
Beer barrels. Industrial-scale production of beer occurs in breweries. The final stage is the addition of yeast to produce alcohol by fermentation. When this takes place under pressure, the carbon dioxide produced naturally carbonates the beer. To keep it carbonated, the beer is distributed under pressure in steel barrels.
