Alpha-ketoglutaric acid (ketoglutarate, oxo-glutarate). Intermediate molecule in the Krebs cycle. Found to prolong lifespan (in nematodes). Atoms are represented as spheres with conventional colour coding: hydrogen (white), carbon (grey), oxygen (red).
