Human blood cells, Coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM) of blood cells from the site of an early skin wound. Red (erythrocytes) and a white blood cell (leucocyte) are present. Leucocytes are involved in the immune system's defence mechanisms, lymph system, and involved in antibody production.Magnification: x6000 when printed 10cm wide.
