Weighing harvested oysters. Oystermen weighing their harvest of oysters at a processing facility. Each bag is adjusted to contain 60 pounds (over 27 kilograms) of freshly-harvested oysters. The oysters will then be processed (shucked) and packaged. These oysters were harvested in Apalachicola Bay. Photographed at Barber's Seafood, in Eastpoint, Florida, USA.
