Description
London landscape at night. View looking along the River Thames, London, England, from Westminster Bridge to Hungerford Bridge. The London Eye (upper right) is at left of County Hall (lit up). These two buildings are on the south bank of the Thames. The London Eye, opened in 2000, is 135 metres high. County Hall (once for local government, but now a leisure complex and an aquarium) was opened in 1933, though construction had started in 1911.
