Microalgae food supplement production. Moulds used to make jelly sweets containing Odontella aurita microalga. This marine alga is regarded as a 'miracle food' for its nutritional value and natural cleansing and detoxifying properties. It is grown commercially before being dried and compressed into tablet form or added to other edible products. Photographed at the Roquette factory, Klotze, Germany.
