Artist's Description

MODEL RELEASED. Back pain. Elderly man holds his back as he suffers from lower back pain (lumbago) brought on by digging in a garden. Pain in the lower back is very common. It is usually caused by strain to soft tissues, such as the muscles, tendons or ligaments around the bones of the spine. People likely to suffer back pain are those whose work involves heavy lifting. Treatment for lumbago includes rest and painkilling drugs.
